When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship in-stock items out as soon as we receive an order. Most orders are delivered in 1-2 days but can sometimes take 5 days. International orders can take a little bit longer, usually 5-10 days, but can sometimes take up to 2 weeks.
Items will be delivered by Royail Mail Next Day Service/Parcel force/ DPD / FedEx. Standard delivery times will be notified in the conformation of order.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
Standard courier deliveries will normally take 2 – 3 working days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales and promotion periods). You will receive an email when your delivery is dispatched.
Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to countries outside USA, this site caters for International locations, some orders will be dispatched by local country depots, so orders placed for Spain will be dispatched locally from Spain, International orders outside the EU may be subjected to customs duties/fees at your end which is standard in overseas shipping and cannot be prevented.
How much will shipping cost?
Flat rate shipping (up to 5 pieces) is £3.95. Get a special quote for larger orders here.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, but only to selected retailers. If you are interested, contact us here. Be sure to include your company information and tax identification number to qualify.
For orders placed in error or orders that you wish to cancel then we must be notified by email within 48 hours
If orders have already been dispatched then you may send this back to us for UK via the Post Office or arrange for us to collect. Please note that you will be charged for delivery costs and/or collection costs also a 5% administration charge from the total amount of the invoice.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Yes, provided the item(s) are received back in the original condition (unworn, unwashed with all tags attached), you may return/exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase date. For returns/exchanges click here.
Can I change/cancel my order after it has already been placed?
